Child safety standards
Last updated 25 October 2026
eksis does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This page says what is banned, how to report it, and what we do when we learn of it.
What is not allowed
eksis prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). No one may use eksis, on the web or in the app, to create, upload, store, schedule, publish, share, or promote such material, or to contact, groom, or solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
This applies to everything that passes through eksis: posts and media in a workspace, captions, comments and direct messages sent from the Inbox, automations, and bookmarks.
Who eksis is for
eksis is a tool for businesses, creators, and agencies to run their social media accounts. It is meant for adults and is not built for or directed at children.
How to report
Email support@eksis.io with the subject Child safety report, or in the eksis app for Android open More → Help and support → Ask support and choose Something else. Describe what you saw and where, with a link or the workspace or account name if you have it. Do not attach or forward the material itself.
If the content was published on a social network, report it to that network as well, through its own reporting tools.
What we do with a report
We review child safety reports first. When we confirm a violation we remove the content from eksis, suspend or ban the accounts and workspaces involved, and disconnect their social accounts. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where required, and we keep the records the law asks us to keep for that purpose.
Contact
Our designated contact for child safety, including questions about how we prevent and handle CSAM, is support@eksis.io.
