Integration

Instagram scheduling and comment automation

Instagram is the most complete integration in eksis: everything publishes, comments can be answered or hidden, and direct messages work in both directions.

What you can publish to Instagram

Feed posts, carousels, reels, and stories, each with its own preview and its own rules applied as you write. A first comment can be queued with the post, which is where most people put hashtags and links.

Comments and messages on Instagram

Comments can be read, replied to, hidden, and deleted, and a public comment can be answered with a private reply straight to the person's inbox. Direct messages are read and sent from the same queue. Liking a comment is the one thing Instagram's API does not offer, so that stays in the app.

Connecting a Instagram account

The account must be Business or Creator and linked to a Facebook Page you manage — that is Instagram's requirement, not ours. Sign in through Meta's permission screen and the account lands in your sidebar.

Frequently asked questions

Can eksis post Instagram stories automatically?
Yes. Stories publish through the official API at the time you schedule them; no reminder and no phone confirmation.
How much does it cost to schedule Instagram posts?
$5 a month covers a whole workspace, and Instagram counts as one of its 20 social accounts. There is no per-channel fee, so connecting a second Instagram account costs nothing extra.
