Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using eksis, you agree to these terms. If you use eksis for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.

What eksis does

eksis helps you schedule and publish content to Instagram and Facebook Pages, collect comments and direct messages into one inbox, and run the reply automations you build yourself.

eksis is not a Meta product and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We work through their official APIs.

Your account

  • Keep your password private. Whatever happens through your account is your responsibility.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up.
  • You must be authorised to manage the social accounts you connect.
  • You can invite teammates; you are responsible for what they do in your workspace.

What is not allowed

  • Breaking the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines, or the Facebook Community Standards.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated replies that mislead people.
  • Publishing illegal content, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or deceptive content.
  • Using eksis to harvest other people’s data beyond what replying to a conversation requires.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise abuse our systems and APIs.

The automations you build remain subject to Meta’s rules. eksis limits sending through built-in guardrails, but the content of a reply and the decision to switch it on are yours.

Your content

Content you upload stays yours. You give us a limited permission to store, process, and transmit it to the destination platform, solely to run the service you asked for.

Plans and limits

Each plan has limits on accounts, teammates, scheduled posts, and activity history retention. The limits that apply to you are shown on the plan settings page. Downgrading does not delete existing data, but features above the new plan’s limits stop being usable.

Billing, renewals, and refunds

Paid plans are paid by card or, in Indonesia, by QRIS or bank transfer. Card payments are subscriptions: you are charged at the start of each billing period for the plan and interval you chose (monthly or yearly), and the subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel it. QRIS and bank transfer payments are prepaid: each payment covers one period and does not renew by itself, so to continue you pay for the next period before the current one ends. Prices are the ones published on the pricing page at the time you pay; customers in Indonesia are billed in Rupiah, everyone else in US Dollars.

Access is granted as soon as the payment succeeds. There is nothing to ship and no delivery window: the plan applies to your workspace immediately, and a receipt is emailed to you with the amount paid, the period covered, and, for card subscriptions, the next billing date.

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings page, without contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace moves back to Free. Cancelling does not delete your data. Prepaid periods paid with QRIS or bank transfer do not need cancelling: they end on their own date.

If a card renewal fails, we notify you and keep the plan active for a short grace period before moving the workspace to Free. When a prepaid period ends without a new payment, the plan stays active for three more days, then the workspace moves to Free.

Ask for a refund by emailing admin@eksis.io. Requests made within 14 days of the charge, where the service has not been used in any meaningful way, are refunded in full. After that we look at each case on its merits, and we refund when the fault is ours. Refunds go back through the same method you paid with.

We may change prices, but never for a period you have already paid for. Changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you can cancel before the next renewal if you do not want to continue.

Service availability

We work to keep eksis running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. eksis depends on Meta’s APIs: if Meta changes, restricts, or withdraws access, some features may degrade or stop, outside our control.

Ending the service

You can stop and delete your account at any time. See the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Meta’s rules, and will explain why by email unless the law forbids it.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the applicable law allows, eksis is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from disrupted access to third-party platforms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or with an in-app notice before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts in Indonesia.
